  • In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this form, the English version shall prevail.
  • (i) (a) American Express International, Inc. ("Amex") wishes to use your name, telephone number, mailing address and email address; (b) for direct marketing to you of Amex Commercial Payment solutions (including Amex Business Card products and services) for use by your company, (c) and Amex also wishes to provide your name, telephone number and email address to American Express Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Amex Group"), (d) for direct marketing by them to you of the products, services and subjects mentioned in (i)(b) above.
  • (ii) Amex and Amex Group companies may also, from time to time, engage third parties to provide marketing services on their behalf, and may share your name, telephone number, mailing address and email address with them for such purposes.
  • (iii) Amex may not use or provide your personal data as described above without your consent.
  • (iv) You have the right to access/correct the data that you disclose to Amex. You may contact Amex's Data Protection Officer to have access to and request correction of your personal data held by Amex. In accordance with the terms of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Amex has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access or correction request. For request, please contact The Data Protection Officer, 18/F, 12 Taikoo Wan Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong. By checking the box above, I agree that Amex may (a) use my name, telephone number, mailing address and email address to send me marketing communications by telephone, mail or email for all the marketing purposes listed in the paragraph (i)(b) above, (b) provide my name, telephone number, mailing address and email address to all Amex Group companies for their marketing purposes as mentioned above, and (c) provide my name, telephone number and email address to other third parties who provide marketing services on behalf of Amex and Amex Group companies. 2022 American Express Corporate Card Basic Spend Rebate Program and American Express Corporate Card Parent Level Spend Rebate Program Terms and Conditions

  • 1. The American Express Corporate Card Basic Spend Rebate Program and American Express Corporate Card Parent Level Spend Rebate Program (“Program”) are only valid for the Company that receives the invitation from American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 both dates inclusive (“Program Period”).
  • 2. The program is only available for selected American Express® Corporate Card Accounts, American Express® Gold Corporate Card Accounts, American Express® Cathay Pacific Corporate Card Accounts and American Express® Cathay Pacific Elite Corporate Card Accounts. (“Accounts”).
  • 3. In order to enroll to the Promotion, the Company’s Program Administrator or Authorized Signer should confirm with American Express Account Manager via email, spending target tier and reward type should be decided prior to program start.
  • 4. Only transactions for the purchase of goods and services that are posted within the Program Period (“Eligible Transactions”) will be counted for the program.
  • 5. The Company is entitled to receive the stated value of rewards in a form of vouchers or gift cards (physical or digital, decided by American Express) if the Company has enrolled to the Program and reached the required cumulative spending target within the designated periods. Terms and Conditions of vouchers apply, please refer to the vouchers for details.
  • 6. Transactions conducted in Hong Kong Dollars and Foreign Currencies will be counted for the program.
  • 7. A Currency Conversion Fee applies when payment is charged in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars, please refer to americanexpress.com/hk/en/cma-and-fees for the relevant Cardmember Agreement.
  • 8. Eligible Transactions which are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed or unposted will be disqualified for the purpose of this program.
  • 9. Cash advance and relevant handling/administration fees, balance transfer, finance charges, transactions that have been cancelled, returns of goods and/or refund, late charges, Card annual fees are not eligible for the program and will not be used in the calculation of the spending target and its bonus point to be issued pursuant to this program.
  • 10. Vouchers earned from this program will be sent to qualified Cardmembers within 16-18 weeks upon the end of 6-month tracking period.
  • 11. Only accounts which are valid and in good standing throughout the Promotional Period and Redemption Period will be eligible for rewards through this program. Otherwise, American Express reserves the right not to offer any rewards to such Cardmembers without any prior notice.
  • 12. The Company must not have enrolled in any pricing incentive programs within 12 months.
  • 13. If the Company is entitled to participate in this Program as well as other promotional offer(s) under concurrent programs provided by American Express with respect to its Corporate Card, the Company shall only receive one of the promotional offers, which shall be that of the highest value, as may be determined by American Express in its sole and absolute discretion. American Express’ decision in this regard is final and no correspondence in relation thereto shall be entertained.
  • 14. The Offer must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Company is unable to use the voucher as stated. Vouchers, including any unused portion, are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The vouchers cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by American Express.
  • 15. If a voucher or any part of the vouchers cannot be provided for any reason beyond the control of American Express, then American Express reserves the right to provide alternative vouchers to the same value.
  • 16. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • 17. American Express reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotional offer and terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • 18. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding.

2022 American Express Business Card Marketing Spend Rebate Program Terms and Conditions

  • 1. The American Express Business Card Marketing Spend Rebate Program (“Program”) is only valid for the Company that receives the invitation from American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 both dates inclusive (“Program Period”).
  • 2. The program is only available for selected American Express® Gold Business Card Accounts and American Express® Business Card Accounts (“Accounts”).
  • 3. In order to enroll to the Promotion, Cardmembers should confirm with American Express Account Manager via email, spending target tier and reward should be decided prior to program start.
  • 4. Only spending on the American Express Business Card within the Promotional Period will be counted under this program. Spending on the Accounts’ Basic Card as well as spending on Supplementary Card(s) under the same Basic Card account will be counted under the program.
  • 5. Only transactions for the purchase of goods and services that are posted within the Promotional Period (“Eligible Transactions”) will be counted for this program.
  • 6. The Company is entitled to receive the stated value of rewards in Membership Rewards® (MR) points if the Company has enrolled to the Promotion and reached the required cumulative spending target within the designated periods.
  • 7. Bonus MR points earned from this program will be credited directly to Cardmember’s account within 16-18 weeks after the Program Period (“Redemption Period”). Bonus MR points will be credited separately from monthly MR credit to account.
  • 8. Transactions conducted in Hong Kong Dollars and Foreign Currencies will be counted for the program.
  • 9. A Currency Conversion Fee applies when payment is charged in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars, please refer to americanexpress.com/hk/en/cma-and-fees for the relevant Cardmember Agreement.
